Proofshield has been manufacturing insulating plaster and render products since 1992. Their products — including ProofTherm insulating base coat and the ThermoSilicone external render system — are multi award-winning and are exported worldwide. The UK hub is based in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Proofshield holds ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety) certification. Their systems are CE marked (EN 998-1) and the company is a member of The Green Register and the UK Green Building Council.
Proofshield does not allow any contractor to install their systems under the manufacturer warranty. Official installation partners are vetted, trained and approved by Proofshield to apply ThermoSilicone and ProofTherm to manufacturer specification. As the appointed partner for the South East:
